What makes a person good...
I look up to people for the qualities they embody. Honesty, loyalty, faithfulness, generosity, kindness, patience, courage, humility, boldness, creativity and positivity are chief among those qualities that make a person AOK in my books.
Music I listen to...
I like all forms of music that are either positive, introspective, uplifting, energizing, intense in a good way, thought-provoking, fun, crazy, happy and or pacifying. If it fits into one or more of those categories or another similar category, I probably like it. The key in music is, "what is the message underlying this tune?" If it's a message worth receiving, bring it.
Books that moved me
The Holy Bible.....Atlas Shrugged (Ayn Rand).....Stranger in a Strange Land (Robert Heinlein).....all excellent, worthy reads. I've read extensively in
personal growth and development fields, tons of sci-fi many years ago, plenty of history and science oriented stuff. I don't read as much as I used to in
book form, but I'm open to a good recommendation.
